We utilize the mod Flan for land claiming.

Step 1: Get a Golden Hoe

To get started the first thing you need is a golden hoe. They are located by the starter items wagon in spawn (look for Stori’s statue). This will be your tool to create land claims. Holding the tool will display your current claim blocks and the amount you used.

The max amount of claim blocks that will naturally be given to players as they play on the server is as follows:

Note: This limit does not apply to claim blocks you buy. It merely dictates how many you can get for free over time.

Step 2: Create a Claim

To create a claim now right click on one block to select a corner and on another block to set the other corner. If it was successful you will get a message that a claim was created, else it will tell you why the creation failed.

Buy/Sell Claim Blocks

You can also buy and sell claim blocks for diamonds! There is no set buy/sell options since its done through commands.

As you can see, buying rounds up, while selling rounds down. The formula for figuring out how many diamonds you’ll need is this:

Resizing a Claim

Resizing claim is done by right clicking on one corner of a claim and then on another block to set the new corner. To check if a block is claimed you can use the inspect tool (default is a stick).
